Scott Harrison is an early "baby-boomer" who believes strongly that the becoming mortgage free should be an objective of all Home Owners - especially those who are approaching retirement or who are planning for retirement. Homes with Suites offer the ideal way for Owners to reduce or eliminate their mortgage costs and once they are mortgage free it is a revenue opportunity. Scott joined the real estate industry in Maple Ridge in 2010 and has sold homes across the Lower Mainland from White Rock to Maple Ridge.
Scott has also developed another site titled www.RancherHomes.ca. This site is titled "Making living Easier" and is dedicated to the search of Rancher homes. These homes offer the best opportunity for Owners to buy homes that can assist in their livestyle by eliminating stairs and thereby assisting those that maybe mobility challenged or are planning for the day when they might be mobility challenged.
Prior to joining the Real Estate industry Scott worked as a General Manager at Gray Line of Vancouver and Greyhound Vacations. During his tenure Scott developed the portal site of GrayLine.ca which marketed and sold sightseeing & city vacation holiday packages on behalf of all Gray Line operators across Canada. Sightseeing tours & vacation packages can currently be booked online at www.GrayLine.com
Scott then developed and managed the Greyhound Vacations product line which was an extension of this web site marketing plan and sold Greyhound transportation passes and vacation packages across North America. In addition this portal site also retailed products from 34 Laidlaw subsidiary companies at the site of GreyhoundTravel.com. Currently Greyhound sells their transportation tickets online at www.Greyhound.com
Scott's web site marketing & sales expertise leads him to believe that making the search and sale of homes can be made easier with a web site dedicated to a specialized product line. And Scott is specializing in marketing homes that are suited or in other words Home Suite Homes.
